Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 12/08/2025 10:12. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (12/08/2025 @ 05:07):

Our partner provider has identified a fibre break. Technicians are currently onsite localizing the fault.

 

Update (12/08/2025 @ 03:01):

Partner provider engineers continue to investigate the issue affecting customers on the Plettenberg Bay Aggregation Node.
