Starting 24 January 2022 - Octotel will be migrating and replacing the installed ONT (fibre box) at the majority of customers' premises in and around Plettenberg Bay.
Due to the scope of work, this roll-out replacement will take place across several days and will be done in specific customer batches to ensure minimal downtime.
Cool Ideas will attempt to notify customers telephonically and via SMS the day before their specific links are worked on.
Customers will have no connectivity while Octotel are working on their link, however, downtime is to be kept to the absolute minimum.
