FMAS Networks is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

FMAS Networks technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

FMAS Nettworks confirmed that this outage was resolved on 06/05/2026 @ 10:46. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (06/05/2026 @ 08:16):

Services are down due to power issues. Services will be restored once the power is back up.
