Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity at some point during maintenance.

The Vumatel team will be upgrading the fibre network in the area to improve capacity and reliability.
Scope of work: Existing fibre cables will be carefully cut and removed. New cables will be installed, and the fiber connections will be re-spliced to ensure precise and secure connections, minimizing signal degradation and downtime.
The users will experience brief service interruptions during the maintenance window from 14 of September to 23rd of September. Work will be done in phases meaning not everyone will be down at the same time

All fibrehoods connect to the same feeder.
