DNATel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Ngodwana & Kaapsehoop 

Impact: Customers may experience not connectivity.

 

DNATel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Please note that the power outage in the Kaapsehoop and Ngodwana areas is still in the process of being repaired. We currently have backup power running to ensure continuity of service.

Once the main power supply has been restored, we will need to switch back to normal electricity. Please be aware that this switchover may result in a brief interruption. We will communicate in advance once the time for the switchover has been confirmed.

Please note we have a power outage in Ngodwana & Kaapsehoop area. Teams are dispatched to assist with generated power until power in area is restored.
