Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
DNATel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

The new router arrived on site, and installation for permanent repair is scheduled for 14:00 - 15:00 today.
Services will be affected, however not for the duration. Updates on progress will follow

All services successfully migrated to temporary solutions, permanent fix on track for close of business today

One of our Cloud Core Units got damaged, replacement units on the way.
ETA estimate 12:00pm
We are putting temp services in place to get clients up
Note that service will not run at full capacity till equipment replaced
