Update (12/11/2023 @ 20:40): Splicing has started. There is still no ETR.
Update (12/11/2023 @ 19:16): Technicians are busy prepping the 3 joints that need to be replaced. There are 3 144F cables to splice.
Update (12/11/2023 @ 13:46): Vumatel technicians confirmed that the municipality cut their fibre cables with a hack saw to change some municipal valves.
