Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Our
teams are happy to report that the majority of clients have restored. We will
continue to monitor the situation and all affected clients are listed. Teams
remain on site.

Apologies
for the delayed update. Technicians continue to splice. We are monitoring the
situation closely and will keep the community updated.
Update: Technicians returned to the field this morning and splicing is once again underway. We hope to have all clients restored today.
Next update: 11AM or sooner.
Update: More technicians have been deployed to the area to assist with resolution. Splicing is ongoing, but a number of clients remain offline. Further investigations are currently underway as well.
