Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 18/01/2025 14:01. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

 We are aware of the break in New Castle ,our majority of clients are back up. Our technicians are working actively to restore the network . More updates to follow.

We are aware of the break in Aviary Hill and Schuinshoogte. Technicians are investigating the cause and we hope to have the connection restored soon.
