Vodacom is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected FNO/s: Vodacom 5G

Affected Area/s: National

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity should their equipment restart.

 

Cool Ideas and Vodacom Engineers are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Vodacom confirmed that this outage was resolved on 12/12/2025 13:02. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

The Cool Ideas team has been troubleshooting with Vodacom.
The issue is still present and Vodacom has escalated the issue to be investigated further. No ETA.
