Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity at some point during maintenance.
Please note:
As previously communicated, Vodacom received approval to acquire a stake in MAZIV, the parent company of Vumatel and Dark Fibre Africa. As part of this change, Vodacom will be transferring its Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) network assets to Vumatel.
During this process, Vumatel's team will be replacing the old Vodacom fibre devices (ONTs) with new, Vumatel fibre devices (ONTs) at the client's premises. The Vumatel team will therefore require access to your premises during the scheduled migration window.
