Link layer confirmed that this outage was resolved on 16/08/2025 @ 15:59. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

Update (16/08/2025 @ 15:50):

 Please note our team is onsite tracing and has identified the issue on the last mile of our fibre. Our team will conduct repairs, with an estimated time to restore of 15 minutes . More updates to follow.
