Please be advised that our team visited the electrical depot earlier today. We were informed that the department is currently unable to assist and have requested that we return on Monday morning at 07:30 for further assistance.
We understand the urgency of the matter and will continue to engage with the department to ensure it is addressed as promptly as possible.

Please note our team have found our cables in Nagina to be burnt due to an electrical short in the area. Our team will get in touch with the council to uplift a portion of the road in order to replace the cable. Updates will be provided as soon as possible. Estimated restoration time: To Be Confirmed
