Due to safety concerns and poor weather conditions, the Link layer team will need to return and finalize the repairs tomorrow morning.
Update (12/11/2024 @17:35):
Link layer team has located the point of break and are currently pulling slack on the 24F feeder cable.
Once slack has been pulled, they will prepare the cable and resplice. No ETR.

Due to poor weather, the team is taking longer than expected to localise the issue. We will continue providing updates as they are available.
