The POP is currently down. Vendor technicians remain on-site and are actively troubleshooting the issue.

Our vendor’s technicians are continuing fiber splicing work. Service restoration is in progress, further updates will be provided at 16:00

The vendor completed the floating and are prep work is underway. Further updates will be provided at 14:00

The vendor have managed to start floating a new cable. Due to the extend of the damage, the floating will take additional time to complete. The next update will be provided at 11:00

The area is not safe to work in due to ground stability. The vendor will meet with the municipality contractor tonight to determine a way forward. The incident will be on hold until feedback from the vendor is received More updates to follow.
