Vendor technicians have identified kinks on both fibres and are currently working to restore the fault.

Vumatel vendor has confirmed a cable break, civil team is on site investigating the route.

Vumatel vendor technicians are delayed due to unusually high fault volumes. ETA will be shared once confirmed.
