Metrofibre - various areas

MFN have confirmed the following planned maintenance:

Start: 2^nd March 2020
End: 7^th March 2020
Duration: 00:00 - 06:00
Area/s: All mfn areas
Impact: Residents will have intermittent connectivity

Notes:
Metrofibre will be rolling out new software on the FTTH services, starting on Monday 2^nd March until the 7^th March, every morning between 00:00 and 06:00 am.

Customers will see the link drop twice, and the power light go amber until reboot and initialisation is complete. The first drop will be for about 15 minutes and a second time from Tuesday.

Customers are requested to reboot the ONT should services not restore in 15 minutes.
