Update 17:00: Metrofibre have advised that customers with green lights on their ONTs (Box installed by MFN) to leave these devices powered off for a few minutes and then switch them back on to restore connectivity.
We are aware of an outage that may affect some of our clients services in Lonehill/Paulshof/Douglasdale and fourways area.
The following estates (but not limited to the below) are affected:
