Our Metro provider has located the fibre break on our backhaul cable which is a result of further vandalism in an attempt to steal electrical cabling.
The team has commenced with the repair work that requires our civil teams to reopen the ground to determine the extent of the damage.

Octotel has confirmed that they are experiencing an issue in the area below.

Fibre Networks affected: Octotel
Impact: Customers on the above Fibre lines in the above areas will experience no/slow/intermittent connectivity.

Octotel network engineers are currently investigating.

There currently no ETR.
