Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 26/01/2026 @13:44. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Evotel team on site is currently busy pulling the slack as part of the repair process. Work is progressing and they will continue to keep clients informed. Thank you for your patience

Our technical team will be back on site this morning to resume and continue with the repairs. Work is actively underway and we are committed to restoring full services as quickly and safely as possible. We appreciate your continued patience and will share further updates as progress is made.

The break has been identified, and on-site prep is underway. Once the site is prepped, repairs will commence which will restore connection to the region.
