Evotel technicians are currently on-site working to restore services to the community. Initial investigations have confirmed that the network disruption was caused by vandalism to the fibre infrastructure. The technical team is in the process of repairing the damaged fibre cable.

The technical team is currently wholing the fibre cable as part of the repair process before completing the splicing and testing of the affected section.
