We are pleased to inform you that a temporary backup solution has now been successfully implemented for Irene
Glen Estate. This means that while the fibre network repairs are still underway, your clients now have restored
internet connectivity.
Please note that during this temporary phase, they may not experience their usual full speeds at all times. However,
the service is operational and should allow them to conduct essential online activities

The conduits have now been replaced, and our upstream provider will begin repairing the fibre from today. If all goes smoothly, connectivity should be restored by 18 September without any further delays.
