Our Octotel engineers will be on-site at 10:00 AM today to address the remaining
customers still affected by the infrastructure damage linked to the Gugulethu node.
Due to the area’s volatile and unsafe conditions, our teams are required to wait
for security personnel to arrive before proceeding with the remaining infrastructure repairs.

those affected customers.

infrastructure. Once all the damage is pinpointed, They will provide an estimated
ETR for the full restoration process.
