Thinkspeed is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area/s: Greytown 

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Thinkspeed technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 

Update (07/04/2025 @ 20:59):

Greytown Backhaul Provider has completed preparations and splicing has commenced on the 1st joint. Contractors are still busy pulling the cable to reach the 2nd joint. Further updates to follow.
