Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 04/02/2026 @ 22:17. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (04/02/2026 @ 20:22):

Octotel Technicians are are observing services at the Grabouw aggregation node to have restored, however services still remain at risk while partner provider engineers concludes work More updates to follow.
