Octotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

Octotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Octotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 20/02/2025 @19:39. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues. 

 

Update (20/02/2025 @ 13:00):

Octotel technicians continue to investigate the intermittent connectivity issues being experienced at the Grabouw Aggregation Node.
