Openfibre technicians are being dispatched to conduct further site investigations. An ETA for their arrival has been requested but is not yet available. We will inform you once an ETA has been confirmed and technicians are en route.

Kindly be advised that these services are affected by a backhaul outage and it is found that the clients port is down on the interface. Our upstream provider is currently being dispatched to investigate the last mile. An ETA will be shared once confirmed.

Openfibre team has investigated and advised that the site is impacted by a core link undergoing repairs. Unfortunately, no reroute is currently possible, and further feedback will be shared in regard to the repairs.
