Open fibre is currently experiencing the following issue:  

 

Start Date & Time: 20/11/2025 @ 20:28 

Affected Area: Eyethu Mall

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Open fibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

OpenFibre confirmed that this outage was resolved on 23/11/2025 @18:24. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues

 

 

Update (20/11/2025 @ 22:23)

The backhaul provider is dispatching an RNS team to the node for further investigations.An ETA for their arrival has been requested but is not yet available.
