The majority of Evotel clients are back online. Evotel team is continuing to work towards full restoration for all affected customers, with fibre splicing currently ongoing on-site.

Evotel technicians are currently prepping the damaged joint for repairs. Splicing will begin once site prep is complete. We apologise for this extended downtime.

Evotel technicians will be going house-to-house in the affected areas to inspect connections, complete necessary repairs, and ensure that services are fully restored to each premises.
