Technicians are actively working on completing the splicing of the affected cables. Reconnection will occur once the splicing is complete and all lines have been thoroughly tested to ensure stable service. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.

We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.

Technicians are currently unable to continue restoration work in the affected areas due to restricted access to private property. Efforts to restore connectivity will resume first thing tomorrow morning.
