They sincerely apologise for the extended downtime and are continuing efforts to restore service to all remaining affected clients as soon as possible.

Evotel technicians identified a cable break as the cause of the network disruption affecting clients. Repair work is still underway, with technicians splicing the cable and working diligently to restore connectivity to all affected clients as quickly as possible.
