FMAS is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Cool Ideas and FMAS technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

 FMAS confirmed that this outage was resolved on 05/10/2026 09:54. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Repairs are still in progress. No ETR. Updates will follow.

Services are offline due to a fibre break caused by contractors in the area. Repairs will take place as soon as possible. No ETR available. Updates to follow
