22/07/2018 @ 19h50: Technicians have started to work on resolving the issue. The fault is presenting itself in connectivity issues and packet loss.
Currently no ETR.
22/07/2018 @ 19h45: Cool Ideas has identified an issue which started at 19h45 affecting services to clients on Vumatel Aerial (Johannesburg), Vumatel Trenched (Johannesburg) and Dark Fibre (Parkview). update @ 20h20 issue resolved.
