FMAS  is currently experiencing the following issue:

FMAS  technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

FMAS  confirmed that this outage was resolved on 20/04/2026 @ 20:32. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team at 010 593 2665 or support@coolideas.co.za should you still experience connection issues.

FMAS technicians are currently onsite preparing the cables for the splicing phase.  No ETR. Updates to follow.
