To improve stability on their network and ensure an improved customer experience, Vumatel will be swapping out the legacy Zhone ONT devices to new Huawei devices for customers who are connecting to the
Blubird and Vorna Valley OLTs (POPs).
Vumatel's installation teams will schedule a suitable date and time with customers to complete the fibre equipment swap. Please contact Cool Ideas should your internet connection not be restored within the timeframe specified by the technicians after the swap.
