GAIA Fibonacci Network technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Further investigation has identified a larger fibre break that will require a two-part repair.
The upstream provider first needs to reinstall their manhole, which was damaged by the City of Tshwane Water Department. Once this is completed, we will be able to proceed with repairing the damaged fibre on our side.

Update: Fibre is damaged. Repairs will take place to resolve the services. We are awaiting an ETA from the restoration team. Updates to follow.
