Octotel engineers are still in progress with the fibre resplicing to restore connectivity to those affected customers.

Octotel Engineers have located the point of the break and have commenced with the fibre repairs to restore connectivity to the affected customers. ETR to be confirmed
Update (20/06/2025 @18:28):
Octotel engineers are currently onsite and have identified damage to our infrastructure.
However, due to the area being volatile and unsafe for our teams to operate in, repair work has been deferred to tomorrow morning.
