Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

FMAS technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Update (13/05/2026 08:23):  

 The outage has been resolved. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 Update: Services are offline due to a power outage. Services will be restored once the power is back up.
