Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

FMAS Network technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

Update (14/05/2026 @12:02):  

FMAS confirmed that this outage was resolved on 14/05/2026 @12:01. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

 

Update (12/05/2026 @17:01):  

FMAS Network technicians Services are offline due to a power outage. Services will be restored once the power is back up  More updates to follow
