FMAS Networks is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.

 

FMAS Network technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Services has been restored.  Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues

Repairs still in progress. No ETR. Updates to follow.

 

Update (07/07/2026 @ 10:26):

Fibre break caused by construction work has been identified. Some clients may be affected by this. Repairs are in progress. No ETR. Updates to follow.  

 

Update (06/07/2026 @ 13:47):

FMAS Networks technicians have booked a locksmith to assist the technician on site. Their current ETA is tomorrow morning, 07/07/2026 between 9am and 10am.
