Technicians are auditing and splicing the splitter feeders/fibers

Technicians have tested T4 and it is failing 650m from the POP. Techs are testing a different tube to use to move T4

Technicians have tested from the POP the fibers T4 is failing 650m so we're thinking of replacing the Tube with spares
