Teams are onsite and have found a fibre break affecting the link, repairs are currently underway.

The teams are currently experiencing difficulties gaining access to the premises for the onsite investigation. This has been escalated to the relevant parties for assistance in securing access. Further updates will be provided once access has been obtained and an estimated time of arrival (ETA) has been confirmed.

Please note that open Fibre's backhaul has identified a cable break at the 2.973 km mark. Their teams are currently working to accurately localize the fault before repair work can begin.
