Openfibre is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity.
Openfibre technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.
The disruption was caused by vandalism, during which a 144-fibre grey cable was cut. Manholes GH021040 and GH021041, along route G30P33, have been impacted.
The civil team is currently exposing the ducts, as the replacement cable has become stuck along the route. Cable floating and fibre-splicing activities are currently in progress.

The current estimated time of restoration is 19:00 on 8 September 2026. Please note that this estimated restoration time is subject to change depending on the progress of the civil and fibre repair work.
