The issue has been resolved at 10:30 this morning.
The cause was a link down on the fibre supplying the building.
The root cause is unknown at the moment.
We are experiencing technical difficulties at the following Cool Ideas sites, 198 Oxford, Thrupps Centre, 196 Oxford and 25 Rudd.
