Evotel technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Evotel  confirmed that this outage was resolved on 08/03/2026 @ 15:50. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

Evotel technicians are tracing the fibre routes to isolate the damaged portion of the network. We apologise for the extended downtime, and more teams are being deployed to speed reconnection. Once the fault is isolated, repairs will begin. Updates regarding delays will be shared at the time indicated below.

The Evotel team is aware of the break in connection. Damage to our backhaul cables has been detected and repairs will begin as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
