Frogfoot is currently experiencing the following issue:

Impact: Customers may experience Packet loss, slow/intermittnet connectivity and increased Latency during Peak hours
Frogfoot technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

Frogfoot confirmed that this outage was resolved on 15/04/2024 07:14. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.

-- Vendor and core teams are currently investigating.
-- Vendor and core teams identified the link causing loss. Further updates to follow.
-- Core teams identified an issue on one of our core routers and will be arranging an emergency change to rectify the fault. Updates to follow.
-- T3 team mitigated the impact to resolve the intermittent connectivity without the change control.
-- Emergency change still to be communicated to rectify the fault on the core router.
-- Services restored. Outage resolved.
