Evotel is currently experiencing the following issue:

Affected Area: Welkom 

Impact: Customers may experience no connectivity. 

 

Frogfoot technicians are currently investigating. There is no ETR at the moment. 

 

Update (18/02/2025 @19:55):  

Majority of the clients have been restored and technicians are attending to scattered clients house to house to repair their connection.

 

Update (19-02-2025 @ 10:56):

Evotel confirmed that this outage was resolved on 19-02-2025 @ 10:40. Please restart your devices and contact our Support Team should you still experience connection issues.
