Openfibre vendor is currently investigating the outage. At this stage, no ETR has been provided; however, investigations remain ongoing to determine the root cause of the disruption. We will continue to provide progressive feedback as updates become available.

Openfibre technicians are actively investigating the outage, and additional specialist resources have been engaged to assist with troubleshooting. Unfortunately, an estimated time to resolution (ETR) is not yet available, but it will be provided once received. Further updates will follow.
