Please be advised that the error has now been cleared and you should be able to follow the below steps to reactivate your services under the Vuma Reach system:

To purchase a new service :

Simply visit our website www.coolideas.co.za.  
Enter your address.
Choose your favourite of our product offerings.
Confirm your address.
Provide your personal details or log into your existing Coolzone account.
Pay for your service with one of the various payment methods*
Congrats! You’re now live on Cool Ideas!

Suspected Impact

We are aware of an issue affecting customers on the Vuma Reach network in the Mitchells Plain area whereby customers are unable to activate their service. Cool Ideas has escalated the issue to Vumatel and hope to have the issue resolved as soon as possible. The quickest way to get help is to mail connect@coolideas.co.za and include Vuma Reach Activation in the subject.

There currently no ETR.
