Impact: Vumatel Reach customers cannot pay via the payment links. Vumatel's development team are investigating. There is no ETR at the moment.

The team rolled back a code deployment.
Payment links generated before 7 August 2025 at 17:00 were affected. Payment links generated after that time were not affected. A hotfix to correct both old and new payment links will be deployed this morning.
